Refund & Returns Policy

At Bud Bungalow, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


✅ Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly replace or refund an item if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a printing or manufacturing error
  • You received the wrong item

To report an issue:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we will:

✔ send a replacement at no cost, or
✔ issue a refund to your original payment method


❌ Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to:

  • ordering the wrong size
  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse
  • incorrect address provided at checkout
  • minor color variations (screen vs. print differences)

📏 Sizing Responsibility

Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact your local carrier
  3. If still missing, contact us and we will assist you

We cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked delivered, but we will do our best to help.


🚫 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly.

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After production begins, changes cannot be made.

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
